SBTG x MR..SK PROJECT AC/DC Part 2
And because for the last project, only dunk high and af1 low were used, a lot of sbtg fans expressed that there should be a dunk low as well, so this time, dunk low will be the model used.
As part 2 of the Project AC/DC, the main concept is still Electrical Storms, but this time, SBTG is experimenting with his latest techniques "Raindrop Camo and more realistic faded sky with lightning". And this time, its Night time Electrical Storms hence the uses of darker colors and gave the name of the project "AC/DC Eclipse". And with the use of his exclusive lacelocks and also the latest pyramid stud toe straps, they certainly gave the shoes a "Noir theme".

Daft Punk - Melbourne
Last night Daft Punk performed their second and last show in Melbourne and I have to say it was, by far, the greatest live performance I have ever seen. Incredible sound, performance and lighting made it a night to remember. Here are some video’s from the Melbourne event, thanks to the guys on youtube who uploaded them.

'Southland Tales' drops this week.
"This is the way the world ends - not with a bang but a whimper"
From the man that brought us Donnie Darko, my favourite film, is the new Movie entitled 'Southland Tales'. Most seem to say it makes no sense but I think thats why I am going to like it. After the cult success of his previous movie I find it hard to believe that this is going to be anything less then impressive and hopefully requires a few viewings to fully grasp. Anyways it drops this week I believe so check it.
And to those who are going to say my quote is wrong, it isn't, do your research.

Skulls of Saigon "Misfits"
Wanted
Based on Mark Millar's graphic novel series and directed by the stunning visualist director Timur Bekmambetov--creator of the most successful Russian film franchise in history, the "Night Watch" series comes “Wanted".
The graphic novel itself is amazing so I am a little worried about how this is going to turn out, as I am hesitant about the upcoming “I am Legend” and “Watchmen” movies. Frank Miller’s Sin City gives us hope that a movie can indeed stay true to the text however without the writer on set it seems its almost impossible as indicated by Moore’s “V for Vendetta”.
Fingers crossed

SBTG x Kiks TYO
"Sexy models on t-shirts have always been best sellers. In 2006, the label KIKS TYO from Japan came onto the sneaker scene and started releasing t-shirts designed under the "Sneakers and Girls" theme. Now, continuing with KIKS TYO's ongoing collaboration with Japanese gravure idol Aki Hoshino are these SBTG & AJ1 inspired t-shirts. Both sneaker customizer SBTG & the Air Jordan 1 shoe have had a great influence in the sneaker culture therefore it was appropriate for KIKS TYO to chose those for these t-shirts."
So it seems like my good friend has a T-Shirt coming out with Kiks, his signature SB is being released in conjunction with the Jordan 1 T which according to the press release is due to their influence on the game, I thought maybe because its his favourite shoe? Either way a cool T

Something I'm looking forward to.
I Am Legend
I've read the book, which is always dangerous when going to see a movie like this, it seems they have changed the story quite substantially which is rather disappointing, I can only hope the ending remains the same. Regardless it still looks like it's going to be a good flick.

Buzz Lightyear Vandals?
Some of you may have thought it weird to do the Buzz Lightyear custom Trainer Dunks but obviously not the good people over in Beaverton. This picture amongst others has just leaked and it appears they are currently available on the bay in kids sizes.
In regards to the Vandals i really like the clear toe, it suits the theme but how did you not put purple on there???????

Upcoming Banksy Auction
Everybody’s favorite one-man modern art phenomenon is set to see some more action on the auction block this week when ten of BANKSY’s early works go up for grabs on Wednesday, October 24th, when BONHAM’s “Vision 21” art auction—which also includes notable pieces by Damien Hirst, Marc Newson, and Tracey Emin, among others—gets underway. Check the link here.
Stencil art phenomenon Banksy has sure made a name for himself, with works expected at a conservative level to go for over $120,000 you have be jealous of the people who got in and bought his stuff for a max of around $500 back in the day. With fellow Australian Marc Newson selling it’s sure to be a special auction.
